This Privacy Policy explains how Kavella LLC (“Kavella,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kavella.com (the “Site”) or buy from us.

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:
- Contact and order details (such as name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if provided)
- Account information if you create an account
- Order and payment-related information needed to complete a purchase (payment card details are handled by our payment providers)

We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with partners we use to operate the store, such as:
- Shopify (store platform)
- Payment processors
- Shipping carriers
- Email tools for direct customer messages (order updates, sample requests, and other notes through care@kavella.com)
- Marketing tools (including Brevo) for subscribed marketing emails
These partners may process information only as needed to provide their services under agreements that protect that information. We may also share information if required by law or to protect Kavella or others.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site — for example, to keep your cart, complete checkout, and keep you signed in if you have an account. Shopify also uses cookies for store analytics (how the Site is used). You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop some features from working, including cart or checkout.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact care@kavella.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Security
Kavella runs on Shopify. The storefront, cart, checkout, and account features use Shopify’s built-in security. Payment card details are handled through Shopify’s checkout and our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers ourselves. We also handle customer emails and order details carefully on our side. No system is perfectly secure, but using Shopify means core store security is part of the platform, not something we rebuild from scratch.
Your choices
You may:
- Update account information if you have an account
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails
- Contact care@kavella.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions
