WHO IS IT FOR.

Curly hair that needs a lot of moisture to look its best. Dry or damaged hair that needs that same richness. Anyone who wants smoothness and softness.

WHAT DOES IT DO.

Feels rich in the hands. A comb glides through wet hair. When it dries, hair is soft and glossy. All-natural ingredients create a soft note of almond, cocoa, and vanilla. Use it after shampoo, or as a conditioning rinse on days you only wet your hair. Rinse it out.

HOW IT DOES THAT.

Base: Aloe is the liquid the cream is built in.

Performance: Hydrolyzed jojoba protein is a peptide, protein broken down small enough to hold onto the hair. It strengthens hair, helps it keep moisture, and keeps it smooth.

Condition: Shea, jojoba, and abyssinian oils moisturize and add shine. Shea oil is the main moisturizing oil. Rich and nourishing. That is why this cream feels like moisture. Jojoba oil is close to the natural oil your scalp already makes, so it softens without feeling heavy. Abyssinian seed oil adds light smoothness and shine. Hydrolyzed jojoba esters help hair feel smooth and easy to work through. Plant-derived cationic conditioners, behentrimonium methosulfate and behentrimonium chloride, carry a positive charge, so they cling to wet hair. That is why a comb glides through, and why softness stays after you rinse. Stearyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol are fatty alcohols from plant oils. They thicken the cream and keep the water and oils together. Glycerin helps hair hold water.

Shine: Amodimethicone is a silicone made to cling where hair is rough. That is why hair stays smooth, and why a little does the job and washes out more easily than dimethicone. It is not dimethicone, the heavier coat that can sit on hair. It is not a cyclic siloxane, the group with the environmental restrictions.

Aroma: Benzaldehyde (apricot kernel oil extract) is the almond note. Cocoa distillate is the cocoa note. Vanillin is the vanilla note.

Keep it fresh: A coconut-derived preservative system. Caprylhydroxamic acid (CHA) is made from coconut fatty acids. Caprylyl glyceryl ether helps stop microbes. Propanediol is a plant-derived solvent that helps that system work. Together they keep the cream safe in the bottle without parabens.

WHAT ELEVATES THIS.

The base is aloe, not water. Hair-restoring jojoba peptides. Shea, jojoba, and abyssinian oils. A conditioner that names the silicone type instead of hiding it.

WHAT WE ARE NOT.

No dimethicone. No cyclic siloxanes. No PEGs. No hidden synthetic chemical fragrance blend. No parabens, sulfates, gluten, formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, artificial colors, ethanolamines, or animal-derived ingredients.
