WHO IS IT FOR.

Anyone who wants a gentle shampoo free of the natural aroma ingredients in other Kavella products. People living with MCS. Sensitive scalps. Every texture.

WHAT DOES IT DO.

Lather is rich. Hair rinses clean and soft. Free of the natural aroma ingredients in other Kavella products.

HOW IT DOES THAT.

Base: Water is the liquid the shampoo is built in. Olive leaf, chamomile, and green tea hydrosols are botanical waters in that base.

Performance: Hydrolyzed quinoa is a peptide, protein broken down small enough to hold onto the hair. It strengthens hair, helps it keep moisture, and keeps it smooth.

Clean: Cleansers working together. Decyl glucoside is a mild sugar-derived cleanser that lifts dirt and oil while keeping the wash gentle. Cocamidopropyl betaine is a coconut-derived cleanser. It helps clean, and it helps create a full, rich lather. Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is made from C14-16 olefins. It lifts oil and dirt into the water so they rinse away.

Condition: Plant-derived conditioning agents, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride and polyquaternium-10, help wet hair feel smooth and easy to work through and leave hair soft after you rinse. Glycerin helps hair hold water.

Aroma: Free of the natural aroma ingredients used in other Kavella products. No essential oils. No benzaldehyde, cocoa distillate, or vanillin.

Keep it fresh: A coconut-derived preservative system. Caprylhydroxamic acid (CHA) is made from coconut fatty acids. Caprylyl glyceryl ether helps stop microbes. Propanediol is a plant-derived solvent that helps that system work. Sodium gluconate supports that system. Together they keep the shampoo safe in the bottle without parabens.
