Return and Refund Policy

We are confident you will love your hair using Kavella products! If any Kavella products purchased* are not satisfactory to the receiver’s expectations, the receiver may ship the unused portion of the product back to Kavella within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange – when desired and in the appropriate circumstances. If there is defective packaging, such as a pump or sprayer, please contact us within the return timeframe of 30 days.

*Returns and refunds are not accepted for empty bottles. Sample sizes cannot be refunded or returned.
